We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products can not be shipped to international destinations. Also remember when importing goods outside europe, local authorities might charge import duties on the items send.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. We send all our gloves via the same courier. Shipping date estimates may vary. As gloves are reletively light items, most of the times shipping is easy.
(Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. If you order a lot of items, this can have influence on the shipping price. if needed we might have to charge extra shipping costs, in order to stay competetive. The weight of any item can be found on its detail page ( coming soon) . To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilo.)

How long will I have to wait for my delivery?
Items that are in stock will be dispatched within 2 working days after the order has been placed. At times of high demand we aim to dispatch orders between 3-5 working days. If an item ordered is out of stock you will be contacted by either email or telephone and advised when you delivery will be dispatched.
We offer a full refund or exchange on all online standard purchases returned in the condition in which they were sold, within 14 working days.
Within 14 days of delivery you may return any non – sale items purchased from Pologloves.com subject to the conditions below:
- Any item(s) that has NOT been worn or used
- Any item(s) that has NOT had the tags removed
- Any item(s) that has NOT been washed
Postage will not be refunded, unless the return is a result of our error e.g. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.
SALE items are non refundable but exchanges within 7 days are allowed on all goods that meet all the other conditions stated above.
We do not offer refunds on purchases after 30 days from the date of purchase unless goods are faulty and we are advised of the fault within the 30 day time frame.
Returns are usually processed within 3 days of reciept. For international returns, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, please note that during busy periods s, processing may take longer. In many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
How to send Returns
When sending a return please obtain a certificate of posting a recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in returned post. Goods must be returned in saleable condition and marked clearly as followed:

We stress that returned items are sent by recorded delivery. These can therefore be tracked online to avoid discussions.
International returns that are not labelled correctly and therefore incur customs charges are subject to a 25% handling charge in addition to the repayment of all custom charges. Please ensure you mark the parcel clearly as a RETURN. Please ensure you do not send us items that do not meet these conditions listed above as we cannot return non-qualifying items to you.
If you would like to return an item for a different style or size – please note that their will be a charge for return postage as this is the only way we can maintain our competative pricing.
So if you are not totally satisfied with your size we will exchange all products delivered back to us within 30 days of the purchase date. Before returning the products please send an email to email@example.com, clearly stating your order number, invoice number, and product number of the goods returned and the reason why you want to exchange the goods. Once you have received the acknowledgement from our customer service department you must take the following steps:
• ship all goods in a secure container (cardboard box, envelope or similar) adequately taped or bound
• include a copy of the original invoice and a copy of our customer service acknowledgment receipt
• send the goods insured and prepaid to:
